Luxury Travel Advisor (In-House) — Nashville

Join The Luxury Travel Agency: we’re hiring two in-house Luxury Travel Advisors at our Nashville office. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team, crafting extraordinary journeys for our clients and delivering VIP-level service every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Design custom itineraries end-to-end: flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and luxury experiences.
• Offer expert advice on destinations, airlines, and luxury hotel brands.
• Secure upgrades, amenities, and VIP treatment through our preferred-partner network.
• Oversee every detail with precision — quotes, confirmations, changes, and follow-up.
• Work closely with our in-house team to ensure flawless client satisfaction.

What You Bring

• 3+ years travel agency experience (luxury background preferred).
• True passion for travel and creating extraordinary client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Ideally experience with selling Asia and South Pacific.

Role Details

• Location: In-house at our Green Hills office, Nashville, TN.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Salary based on experience, plus competitive commission and bonus pay.
