Luxury Travel Advisor (In-House) — Toronto

Exciting opportunities at The Luxury Travel Agency: we’re hiring one to two in-house Luxury Travel Advisors to craft extraordinary, tailor-made trips for our high-end clients. You’ll join a collaborative team in our Toronto office, designing seamless itineraries with VIP perks and white-glove service.

What You’ll Do

  • Design custom itineraries end-to-end: flights, hotels, transfers, touring, and experiences.
  • Advise clients with authority on destinations, airlines, and top luxury brands.
  • Secure upgrades, amenities, and VIP treatment through our preferred-partner network.
  • Manage details with precision—quotes, confirmations, changes, and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with our in-house team to maintain exceptional client satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years travel agency experience (luxury experience preferred).
  • Genuine passion for travel and creating remarkable client experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization.
  • Calm under deadlines; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling Asia and South Pacific a plus.

Role Details

  • Location: In-house at Islington & Bloor (directly across from the subway), Toronto.
  • Job Type: Full-time.
  • Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, plus competitive commission and bonus.
