The Luxury Travel Agency serves high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across 35+ countries. Our clients travel frequently, spend significantly, and expect everything to be exceptional — not occasionally, but without exception.

Our Standards
We will be direct: our vetting process is thorough and our standards are non-negotiable. Every property and provider in our portfolio has been evaluated against the same benchmark — the one our clients hold us to.
We inspect personally. Our team has traveled to over 90 countries. We do not recommend properties we haven’t seen, experiences we haven’t vetted, or operators we haven’t spoken with in depth.
We protect our clients’ trust. A single failure reflects on us. We choose partners who understand this and hold themselves to the same standard we do.
We maintain the relationship actively. Being part of our network is not a one-time approval. We monitor, revisit, and reassess. Standards that slip are addressed directly — and if necessary, partnerships end.
We value responsiveness. Our clients move quickly and expect seamless coordination. Partners who cannot respond with urgency and precision are not the right fit for our portfolio.

What Happens After You Apply
We review every submission. We do not respond to every one — only those that appear to be a genuine fit based on the information provided. Here is what to expect:
- We review your submission against our current client needs and portfolio gaps. This typically takes 5–10 business days.
- If there is potential alignment, a member of our team will reach out directly to begin a conversation. This may include a call, a visit, or a request for additional information.
- If we move forward, we will arrange a formal vetting process — which may include an in-person inspection, client references, and a review of how your team handles high-net-worth guests specifically.
- Partners who pass vetting are introduced to our advisors and considered for relevant client recommendations. There is no fee to be part of our network.
We appreciate your patience. We move deliberately — because the clients we serve expect nothing less.
Our clients travel everywhere. Our partners need to belong everywhere they go.
The Luxury Travel Agency does not charge fees to be listed or considered in our partner network.
