Cruise Specialist / Manager — Luxury Cruise Department

The Luxury Travel Agency is expanding and seeking an experienced Cruise Specialist / Manager to lead the development of our growing cruise division. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a high-performing cruise department, while curating extraordinary ocean and river cruise experiences for discerning clients worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage The Luxury Travel Agency’s cruise department strategy and offerings.
• Design and sell bespoke luxury cruise journeys (ocean, expedition, and river cruises).
• Build strong relationships with cruise line partners, securing exclusive perks and benefits for our clients.
• Mentor and guide team members in cruise sales best practices.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to promote cruise travel opportunities.
• Represent The Luxury Travel Agency at cruise events, trade shows, and FAM trips.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of cruise sales experience (luxury or premium lines preferred).
• Existing relationships with major cruise brands (ocean, river, and expedition).
• Proven track record of sales success and client satisfaction.
• Leadership ability to develop and manage a new department.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for cruising and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Role Details

• Location: In-house at our Green Hills (Nashville) office.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Compensation: Salary based on experience, plus commission and performance bonuses.
